Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of American Bank & Trust are not eligible for the sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entry Box is open from August 15, 2022 to October 15, 2022, with the winner being announced no later than October 21, 2022. There is 1 sweepstakes prize available, with the odds of winning the prize being 1 out of the total number of eligible entries received. Entries are automatically entered by individuals that Like & Comment on the original AB&T social post about the sweepstakes prize. You may also enter the sweepstakes by mailing a 3×5 postcard labelled ‘Black Hills Giveaway Sweepstakes,’ and has your contact information legibly written. If American Bank & Trust cannot read the mailed-in entry, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Mailed in entries must be postmarked 3 days prior to the contest ending to be eligible. Multiple entries by the same entrant are not permitted. After notification, if winner does not contact American Bank & Trust within two weeks of notification date to make arrangements for picking up the prize, the initial winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. American Bank & Trust will handle of cabin reservation arrangements and payment of cabin rental for the sweepstakes winner. The sweepstakes winner will need to notify American Bank & Trust the dates they wish to use the prize. Some dates may be blacked out. The sweepstakes prize must be used within 12-months of notification of winning the sweepstakes prize. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value of the original prize, with a verified retail value of $2,818, if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The sweepstakes prize is not available for a cash alternative.
