Deputy Chief Credit Officer

Job Description

The Deputy Chief Credit Officer will provide ongoing development and guidance to assure a strong credit administration culture bank-wide.  This person is responsible for providing assistance in maintaining an effective credit policy and managing the credit quality of the bank’s loan portfolio.  The Deputy Chief will assist the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Credit Analyst in the development and implementation of ongoing credit training and is responsible for managing the credit administration monitoring and reporting process.  

It is preferred that candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related business field or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Applicants should have extensive experience in commercial and/or agricultural lending.  A proficient and proven track record in credit administration within a financial institution environment required.
