Marketing Strategist & Customer Engagement

Job Description

This individual is responsible for the development of new products and enhancements of existing products to foster customer relationships and meet their needs. As part of the Sales & Business Development team, this person has a role in helping to create, communicate, and implement bank product and service promotions. Also responsible for the sales, deposit, and loan account platforms to enhance the customer experience. The Marketing Strategist & Customer Engagement employee will use data from these platforms to enhance the bank’s marketing and sales efforts and provide support to employees in utilization of these tools. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Business.  A minimum of 2-5 years of previous marketing or banking experience or equivalent is required. This position requires the ability to be creative in combination with analytical and technical skills. Being team oriented is with a strong drive for reaching department and overall bank goals of growth for customers, employees, and communities is important.
