My name is Dawn Meink, I have been an Investment Assistant/Customer Service Representative for American Bank & Trust since September 2016.

I grew up in Huron and am a proud graduate of Northern State University in Aberdeen with a double major in Management and Marketing.  While attending NSU, I participated in Concert Band and Marching Band and was the Band Librarian for 3 years.  During my freshman year at NSU, I was the stage manager for the musical Grease.

I married my high school senior prom date, Bill, in 1992; we have 2 rescue dogs that we love to spoil.  After graduating from NSU, we lived in Aberdeen for 23 years where I worked in retail and a medical office, before moving back home to Huron in 2014.

Outside of work, I participate in Praise Team at my church and during the summer I play my vintage 100+ year old soprano saxophone in the Huron Municipal Band.

A great part of working at AB&T is that we support each community where we have branches and give back to the schools with the Spirit Card.

I strive to give our customers the best customer service possible whether it is on the phone or in person.  Customer service has always been a huge part of me no matter where I have worked.
