American Bank & Trust is a locally owned and managed bank that has been serving people living in South Dakota and beyond since the late 1800’s. Open Positions:

Teller/CSR - Miller

Location: Miller – This position will be responsible for providing exceptional high quality customer service while opening deposit accounts and consumer loans. Work with branch and department teams to provide customers with appropriate products and services.

Teller/CSR - Pierre

Location: Pierre – This position will be responsible for providing exceptional high-quality customer service while opening deposit accounts and consumer loans. Work with branch and department teams to provide customers with appropriate products and services.

Mortgage Loan Originator

Location: Sioux Falls – This person is responsible for producing high quality loans that meet American Bank & Trust Home Mortgage guidelines by building referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, past customers and other nontraditional sources while providing excellent customer service. Strong sales and organizational skills are essential.

Mortgage Processor I

Location: Sioux Falls -The Mortgage Loan Processor reviews and gathers documentation, verifies information, and orders loan-related documents to submit for underwriting of mortgage loans within industry guidelines. The Mortgage Loan Processor assumes primary responsibility for the loan file and loan documentation from the receipt of the file through final approval. 

Finance and Accounting Specialist

Location: Sioux Falls – The Finance and Accounting Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate creation and processing of financial records and reports to units of the organization. Duties include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all departmental accounting tasks.

Trust Officer

Location: Sioux Falls – The Trust Officer is responsible for the development of sales and administration of client accounts in your market and the surrounding markets. Provides back-up support to the SVP/Trust & Wealth Management.
