Banking Assistant

Location: Mellette – Provide exceptional high quality customer service to customers while providing support to loan officers.

Banking Assistant

Location: Sioux Falls – Provide exceptional high quality customer service to customers while providing support to loan officers.

Credit Analyst

Responsible for evaluating credit risk associated with specific loan request, including gathering and analysis of all related financial and industry information. Responsible for developing a working relationship with the lending staff, allowing for the timely and accurate preparation of loan request presentations.  Responsible for utilization of underwriting guidelines when preparing and analyzing loan requests.

Market President - Miller

Responsible for business development through appropriate community involvement and provides leadership to all Ag Banking & Business Banking relationships in the assigned market. Provides oversight to the branch retail team to ensure they foster a culture of customer first and help in meeting strategic goals for the branchPerforms all duties associated with the Ag & Business Banker positions in originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures.  Establishes, maintains and maximizes relationships with existing and potential customers in their assigned market.    Profitably grows loans, deposits and fees.  Ensures credit quality is at the forefront of all banker responsibilities. 

Treasury Management Specialist

Align with Market Presidents, Business and Ag Bankers, Treasury Management, Operations, and other staff to provide sales support within the Bank. This position will work closely with the VP of Treasury Services and Business Bankers to secure client relationships and serve as operational liaison relative to product implementation to satisfy customer needs. This position will have direct day to day contact with customers in various capacities, understanding their unique needs and requirements, and providing comprehensive banking solutions specifically tailored for each customer.  Acts as a customer liaison with Bank operational and lending personnel to ensure products and services are provided in an exemplary manner and the highest level of customer service is consistently attained.

This position will assist management with small business and cash management sales and coordinating the goal setting, tracking, and training associated with bank loan, deposit, cash management and e-Banking products.   Ensure all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed consistently within the branch.  Ensure exceptional high quality customer service is maintained in the branch and that it is aligned with the bank’s core values. The position is responsible for attaining established individual and Bank goals.

VP Trust & Wealth Management

Responsible for the development of sales and administration of client accounts in your market and the surrounding markets. Provides back-up support to the SVP/ Trust & Wealth Management.
