Open Positions:

Market President - Huron

Responsible for business development through appropriate community involvement and provides leadership to all Ag Banking & Business Banking relationships in the assigned market. Provides oversight to the branch retail team to ensure they foster a culture of customer first and help in meeting strategic goals for the branch. Performs all duties associated with the Ag & Business Banker positions in originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures. Establishes, maintains and maximizes relationships with existing and potential customers in their assigned market. Profitably grows loans, deposits and fees. Ensures credit quality is at the forefront of all banker responsibilities.

 

Trust Specialist

Location: Sioux Falls- American Bank & Trust Wealth Management is looking for a Trust Specialist to provide outstanding customer service, support to the Wealth Team and assist with 401k plan coordination.

  • Support our daily wealth management operations as needed, including account opening forms.
  • Provides administrative support to AB&T’s 401k/Profit Sharing Plan. Serves as contact for plan sponsor, participants, and third-party administrator. Develops presentation to present enrollment information to new employees, including forms, educational materials, and required documents, etc.
  • Prepare and send annual IRA RMD notices and 5498 forms.
  • Aids in resolving participant issues. For example, QDRO filings – tracking and making sure guidelines are followed.
  • Assist with monthly account reviews.
  • Complete monthly update of our Mutual Fund Models and Stock Buy List.
  • Prepare and send customer monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
  • Proactively assist with building client relationships and serve as a contact for client issues.
  • Create presentations for proposals and annual account reviews. This may include Account Service Reviews, Committee Meetings, etc.

Human Resources Benefits Coordinator

The Human Resources Benefits Coordinator will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits program that aligns with our organizational objectives and support the well-being of our employees. Responsible to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.  Will be called upon to exhibit the Corporate Culture and Culture Pillars in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist helps with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resource department.  Focus areas include employee record management, benefit administration, recruitment, onboarding/new employee orientation, and payroll.  Will be called upon to exhibit the Corporate Culture and Culture Pillars in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Business Banker - Sioux Falls Market

Location: Sioux Falls Market – Responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio by cultivating new and existing relationships through appropriate community contacts and involvement. Performs all duties in originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures and may also include agriculture loans. Profitably grows loans, deposits, and fees. Credit quality is at the forefront of responsibilities.

Accounting Specialist - Sioux Falls, SD

Location: Sioux Falls Market – This role provides a significant contribution to one of the region’s leading banks as part of a finance team centered around people, process, and performance. The day-to-day focus will be geared toward basic financial accounting functions such as entry posting, daily settlements, monthly reconciliations, and other operations to produce high quality numbers through efficient processes. Since we are continuously improving and growing as a team and company, there will be multiple chances to be involved with projects and initiatives on a regular basis.

Financial Analyst - Sioux Falls, SD

Location: Sioux Falls Market – This role provides a significant and broad contribution to one of the region’s leading banks as part of a finance team centered around people, process, and performance. The day-to-day focus will be geared toward producing, analyzing, and communicating a variety of financial information utilized by various levels of management. In addition, this role will work with members of the Finance team to assist in various elements of financial accounting.

Universal Banker - Mellette

Location: Mellette Market – We are actively looking to hire an energetic, service minded individual as a Universal Banker in our Mellette location. Our UB’s provide a high-quality customer service experience each and every day. They assist customers by opening and servicing deposit accounts and explaining exceptional products and services. We genuinely care about our customers and work to develop and maintain strong relationships, always striving to exceed their expectations.
