Human Resource Assistant

Due to our growth, we need someone to assist with the administration of day-to-day operations within our Human Resource Department. Focus areas may include employee record keeping, benefit administration, recruitment, new employee orientation, and payroll. If you have over two years of experience in Human Resources, benefits, and/or payroll, we encourage you to apply. Experience with Ultimate Software a plus.

We are actively hiring a Universal Banker for our American Bank & Trust location in Miller, SD. We are accepting both full-time and part-time applications. This person will be covering retail duties over the summer and during school breaks. They will be interacting with our clients daily and must have exceptionally high-quality customer service skills. Individuals with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills may grow into larger roles. Because we are a financial institution, this position must be filled by someone who follows strong ethics and maintains confidentiality of customer information. Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Treasury Management Officer

We are actively looking to hire an individual to develop new and existing Treasury Services business channels and existing commercial depository relationships. The Treasury Services Officer is also responsible for performing the consultative sales process by leveraging their expertise around customer working capital management practices, payment system, and associated Treasury Services solutions to meet the customers and prospects payment needs. They will also partner with bank personnel in all markets to solicit new business and strengthen relationships with ancillary products and services.

VP, Trust & Wealth Manager

We are actively looking to hire an experienced investment professional to be responsible for the development of sales and administration of client accounts. The T&W Manger will assist customers in their market and the surrounding markets. They will also provide back-up support to the SVP/ Trust & Wealth Management.
