The construction loan promotion offering a special interest rate of 3.99% is available only for rate locks secured between February 1 and April 30, 2026.
A 15% down payment is required for eligibility. The loan example provided reflects a 12 month, interest only repayment period. For illustration purposes, a $400,000 loan amount results in an estimated interest only monthly payment of $665.00, excluding taxes and insurance. A balloon payment of $400,665 is due with the 12th payment. The total finance charge is $13,673.20, and the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 7.037%.
