No purchase necessary to win. Need not be a customer to enter. Sweepstakes prize is $361.08 to House of Colour. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of American Bank & Trust are not eligible for the sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entry Box is open on Tuesday, March 18 from 11:00AM – 5:00PM, with the winners being drawn no later than 4:00PM on Wednesday, March 19. Odds of winning the prize being 1 out of the total number of eligible entries received. Multiple entries by the same entrant are not permitted. This sweepstakes is sponsored by American Bank & Trust of 6810 S. Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108 with a phone number of (605) 961-3911. Winner will be chosen at random. Winner must comply with all rules and conditions stated herein, or another winner will be chosen. The sweepstakes winner will be notified by telephone. After notification, if winner does not contact American Bank & Trust within one week of notification date to make arrangements for picking up the prize, the initial winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. All prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value of the original prize, if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. By participating or receipt of any prize, participants and winner agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless American Bank & Trust, sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies or related companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents {collectively, the “Released Parties”} from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, related directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sweepstakes promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Dakota. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with AB&T Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. American Bank & Trust reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by administrator in its sole discretion. In such event, administrator reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and sponsor’s and administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law or regulation.
