My name is Whitney McDonald and I am a VP Trust Officer with American Bank & Trust.

I was born and raised in Watertown, SD. After graduating from Watertown High School, I attended Lake Area Technical Institute, where I earned my degree in Consumer and Ag Banking.

While being involved in the racing community, I met my husband, Tyler. We settled on his family farm near Huron, where we have lived since 2014. Since then, our family has grown to include our two children and our dog. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends or being at the racetrack.

I have been with American Bank & Trust since 2014, starting at our De Smet branch before moving to our Huron branch. I have a true passion for helping people and always strive to do what is best for them. I am extremely grateful for my clients and look forward to working with them- and with YOU- for many years to come!
