Each year, our Spirit Card Program helps schools across our communities by providing funding for classroom and student needs. In 2026, AB&T donated $62,861 to local schools through the Spirit Card Program, bringing the total given since its launch in 2012 to $390,247!

Spirit Card Program To Help Local Schools

Supporting local schools is simple with an American Bank & Trust Spirit Card. Designed to help meet the ongoing needs of school districts, the Spirit Card Program allows customers to give back through everyday purchases. When you use your Spirit Card, a portion of each purchase is donated directly to the school featured on your card, helping support students, staff, and classroom needs.

Spirit Cards have helped schools fund a wide range of needs, including a new Gaga ball pit on the playground, extra-curricular programs that allow students to explore the teaching profession, a new piano for school Masses and concerts, and updated signage outside school buildings.

Get your Spirit Card today by speaking with a banker to at any of our American Bank & Trust locations.
